Eurocut’s range of manufacturing capabilities in orthopaedic instrumentation enables the engineering and production of various custom made instruments for the skeletal system, including: Hip, Knee, Spinal, Shoulder, Elbow, Trauma & Toe instruments. With our expertise and technically advanced infrastructure we manufacture extremely technical designs and, through our collaboration with our diverse range of global customers, we are continually improving our capabilities to remain at the forefront of orthopaedic instrument manufacture.

Eurocut has been manufacturing hip instrumentation, for both primary and revision hip systems, since it was first established. The range includes CNC ground rasps, introducers and extractors, femoral and acetabular reamers, and calcar planers in addition to instrumentation for femoral head resurfacing. We have made significant investment in bespoke software to facilitate the programming of diamond cut tooth patterns on CNC ground rasps to keep up with the evolving market trends and surgeons' preferences. We are capable of grinding complete sets of rasps in large quantities to enable uniformity of appearance of instrument sets.

Knee instruments

Eurocut manufactures a comprehensive range of knee instrumentation for some of the industry’s major players, including cutting blocks, femoral trials, trial bearings, tibial templates and chisels. In addition to the conventional cutting blocks used in knee implant surgery, we also manufacture the extremely complex instruments used in image-guided knee surgery to very tight tolerances and complete minimally-invasive knee systems.

Spinal instruments prototype images

In keeping with the high growth of this market, Eurocut has significantly increased the amount of spinal products it manufactures, and are receiving a growing number of enquiries from many of the smaller companies in the industry both in Europe and the USA. Many of the spinal instruments manufactured have thermally inserted moulded Radel plastic handles a process which is completed in-house.

Elbow & Shoulder instruments

Eurocut's current range of elbow and shoulder instruments includes Humeral & Ulnar rasps and Humeral & Glenoid reamers.

Trauma instruments

Eurocut manufactures many different drills and reamers, and has designed a full Intramedullary Nail system. We also manufacture Dynamic Hip Screw systems.

Toe instruments

Eurocut has helped to design and manufacture phalangeal and metatarsal reamers for a toe system, which has proved very successful in the market.
